The results showed : There were many cases having the finding of abnormal type of Muller, in the case of arachnoiditis of Fossa sylvii, Fornix, frontal and parietal region, but comparatively rare or almost non in the case of occipital and other regions. Concerning spinal arachnitis, I found also finding of abnormal type in the coresponding field of skin sphere on the same side of lesion.About the operation of vegetative nervous, I found that very remarkable alteration was seen by the use of atropin, just the same as in the case of allergie.
