摘要： ［目的］系统评价健康教育对提高结肠镜检查病人肠道准备质量的有效性。［方法］计算机检索The Cochrane Library、JBI循证卫生保健数据库、Embase、Web of Science、CINAHL、PubMed、中国知网、中国生物医学文献数据库（CBM）和万方数据库中关于健康教育对提高结肠镜检查病人肠道准备质量的随机对照试验（RCT）、临床对照试验（CCT）,检索时限均为建库至2017年3月。由2名研究员按照纳入与排除标准独立筛选文献、提取资料并评价质量，采用RveMan 5.3软件进行Meta分析。［结果］共纳入15项研究，其中11项RCT及4项CCT，共9 718例病人，试验组5 174例，对照组4 544例。15项研究结果表明采用视频、短信、微信、电话等形式加强健康教育可以提高病人肠道准备质量［OR=3.68,95%CI（2.73,4.96），P<0.000 01］；5项研究结果表明：采用视频、短信、微信、电话等形式加强健康教育能够提高病人依从性［OR=3.80,95%CI（2.34,6.16），P＜0.000 01］。［结论］结肠镜检查前采用新型健康教育方法与个体化相结合的健康教育方法能够提高病人肠道准备质量。

Abstract Objective:To systematic evaluate the effectiveness of health education on improving the quality of bowel preparation in patients undergoing colonoscopy.Methods:Randomized controlled trials(RCTs),clinical controlled trials(CCTs) about the effectiveness of health education on improving the quality of bowel preparation in patients undergoing colonoscopy were searched in the Cochrane Library,Joanna Briggs Institute Evidence Based Practice(EBP)Database,Embase,Web of Science,CINAHL,PubMed,CNKI,CBM and WanFang Database from inception to March 2017.Two reviewers independently screened the literatures according to the inclusions and exclusion criteria,extracted the data and evaluated the quality, Metaanalysis was performed by RveMan 5.3 software.Results:A total of 15 studies were included,including 11 RCTs and 4 CCTs,9 718 patients,5 174 in the intervention group and 4 544 in the control group.15 studies indicated that health education,strengthened by video,SMS,WeChat,phone and other forms,could improve the quality of bowel preparation［OR=3.68,95%CI（2.73,4.96），P＜0.000 01］;5 studies indicated that health education,strengthened by video,SMS,WeChat,phone and other forms could improve patient compliance［OR=3.80,95%CI（2.34,6.16），P＜0.000 01］. Conclusion:The method of health education,with combination of new pattern and individualization could improve the quality of the bowel preparation for patients.
