考虑储能性能差异的新能源场站群共享储能交易模式

Shared Energy Storage Trading Mode of New Energy Station Group Considering Energy Storage Performance Difference

摘要:

为厘清参与共享的储能电池的技术经济特性与共享储能的价格机制、收益分配间复杂的耦合关系,提出一种考虑储能性能差异的新能源场站群共享储能交易模式。首先,提出基于自配储能的新能源场群共享储能运营模式,以打破新能源场站参与储能资源共享互动时的掣肘。其次,考虑不同储能资源中电池的健康状态,兼顾共享储能多参与者的利益诉求,构建计及储能单元不同技术经济特性的发电侧共享储能价格机制与收益分配方法。最后,利用算例验证所提考虑储能电池健康状态的发电侧共享储能交易模式的可行性。研究成果为发电侧共享储能的经济可持续性发展提供了理论与决策支撑。

Abstract:

To clarify the complex coupling relationship between the technical and economic characteristics of energy storage batteries participating in sharing and the price mechanism and income distribution of shared energy storage, a shared energy storage trading mode of the new energy field and station group considering the difference of energy storage performance was proposed. Firstly, the operation mode of the new energy field group shared energy storage based on self-assigned energy storage was proposed to break the constraints of new energy field stations participating in energy storage resource shared interaction. Secondly, considering the health status of batteries in different energy storage resources and the interests of multi-participants in shared energy storage, the price mechanism and income distribution method of shared energy storage on the power generation side considering the different technical and economic characteristics of energy storage units were constructed. Finally, a numerical example was used to verify the feasibility of the proposed generation side shared energy storage trading mode considering the health status of energy storage batteries. The research results provide theoretical and decision support for the economic sustainable development of shared energy storage on the power generation side.
