ABSTRACT
In this chapter we introduce three small- to mediumsized enterprises (SMEs) whose operations focus on the housing sector. Social value is delivered on multiple levels, from changing individuals’ lives through training and employment prospects and provision of secure housing, to regeneration and uplift of the local built environment and engaging communities.
