ABSTRACT
The Echinodermata rank amongst the better documented phyla of the Irish Marine Fauna, due to their large size and the long history of dredging expeditions and surveys off our coasts. To date, the following 73 species have been recorded from the inshore area, i.e. up to and including the 200 metre isobath: Antedon bifida (Pennant)
