| 为了解幼儿园园长的心理健康状况，对116名来自河南省18个地市的幼儿园园长进行了主观幸福感的问卷调查，结果表明：幼儿园园长的主观幸福感水平中等偏上；年龄、婚姻状况、收入、任职年限、任教园所性质、级别、规模、地理位置主效应显著。 |

| To get an idea about the mental health status of preschool principals, an investigation of subjective well-being is carried out among 116 preschool principals from different parts of Henan province. The result shows that subjective well-being of preschool principals is mainly above the average level, which is greatly influenced by age, marital status, income, seniority, and the category, level, size and location of the kindergarten one works in. |
