摘要:
为了更有效地规划危险品运输路线,研究了由多个路径期组成的危险品公铁联运网络扩张问题。以总成本和风险最低为目标,建立混合整数概率鲁棒模型,利用模拟退火算法对模型进行求解,并将多周期动态规划方法与单周期方法进行对比,分析了多周期动态规划方法对危险品联运网络以及路径决策的影响。研究结果表明:规划危险品的运输路线时,采用多周期的公铁联运网络,总运输成本明显优于单周期规划方法。
Abstract:
In order to plan the transport path of dangerous goods more effectively, the expansion of highwayrailway combined transport network of dangerous goods composed by multiple path periods was studied. A robust model with mixed integer probability was established by taking the lowest total cost and risk as the goal, and the model was solved by using the simulated annealing algorithm. The dynamic planning method with multiperiod was compared with the method of singleperiod, and the influence of the dynamic planning method with multiperiod on the combined transport network and path decisionmaking of dangerous goods was analyzed. The results showed that when planning the transport path of dangerous goods, the total transport cost using the highwayrailway combined transport network with multiperiod was significantly lower than that of the planning method with singleperiod.
