Model based project centered team learning

Published:26 June 2006Publication History

ABSTRACT

In this paper, we describe a model to support the non-technical aspects of team development. This model has been derived from studies of student team work at Pace University and through a number of student surveys. The model provides a framework to assess team practices and subsequently guide team members through material specific to their learning needs.
