Abstract

The article assesses the development of the market of transportation network company (Uber, Lyft, etc.) in the United States, Europe and Asia. The experience of the introduction of the law AB5 of the State of California, affecting the activities of cab call aggregators and traditional passenger cabs is analyzed. Forecast versions of the development of the taxi industry in Russia as a whole and in Moscow are constructed. Proposals on the problems of regulating taxi services in Russia have been developed.
