Abstract

The process of the thermal oxidation in air of various carbon materials used as a catalyst support and a component of fuel cell catalytic layers was studied by differential thermal analysis. The structural characteristics of carbon materials of various classes were compared using data of the adsorption-structure and differential thermal analyses.
