CLAVI pulsed cathodoluminescence spectroscope

Abstract

Technical parameters of a CLAVI pulsed cathodoluminescence spectroscope are presented. The device is used for the nondestructive spectral luminescence analysis of defects in solid optical and laser materials (crystals, glasses, and ceramic materials). Illustrating examples are presented.
