Abstract
The new mode of spin oscillations with the frequency hω=μH(k/kc)2 is obtained for the paramagnetic phase of compounds La2-xSrxCu04 and YBa2Cu3O7-y in the external magnetic field H. This mode has analogy to helicon excitations in the magnetoactive plasma. The experimental method of detecting this new mode is proposed.
