Abstract:

In a society where the customization of products and services provided by companies becomes a general trend, Web services are developing rapidly. To bring assistance to a user, called a client, this paper proposes to identify individual processes. Then, it is shown that exchanging these processes through the Net is a way to bring a more efficient help to clients. Various kinds of individual processes exist according to the status of the men involved in and the application domain. Finally, interoperability issue is analyzed through the use of Internet calendaring and scheduling core object specification to find out the best representation of the data required for an individual process.
