Abstract

We report for the first time the calculation of Stokes parameters and state-to-state rovibrationally resolved differential cross sections for the excitation X1Σg+(v=0, N=1)→d3Πu(v=0, N=1) in H2 by electron impact at 25 eV. Comparison with the only available experimental data is encouraging.
