We report on a search for the decay $B^{+}\to D^{*+}{K}_S^0$ and its charge conjugate with the CLEO detector at the Cornell Electron Storage Ring (CESR). No candidates are found in $9.10\hspace{0.5em}{\mathrm{fb}}^{-1}$ of data. The background is estimated to be $0.29\pm 0.05$ leading to an upper limit $\mathcal{B}{(B}^{+}\to D^{*+}{K}^0)=9.5\mathrm{}\times {10}^{-5}$ (90% confidence level).
