Using corrected input masses for odd-odd, $T=2\mathrm{}$ nuclei results in new values for the Garvey et al. mass predictions. The experimental consequences include the prediction that ${}_{}{}^{17}{}_{}{}^{}\mathrm{B}$ should be bound.
