Abstract
We investigate a tight-binding model of double Bloch bands driven by dc-ac electric fields in the weak-coupling limit. Rabi oscillations between the Bloch bands are identified under resonant conditions, in which the quasienergy bands and fractional Wannier-Stark ladders are all revealed. Experimental conditions for the observation of the predicted effects are discussed.
