Abstract
The high-spin spectroscopy of has been studied via Sn(, ) fusion-evaporation reaction at a beam energy of 156 MeV. A dipole band built on the configuration is newly observed in . Together with similar observation in neighboring nuclei, the properties of dipole bands in isotones are investigated in terms of the self-consistent tilted-axis-cranking covariant density functional theory. Based on systematic comparison and examination of the shears mechanism, the dipole band in can be interpreted as a magnetic rotational band.
