Abstract

A short-range nonlocal nucleon-nucleon potential, which previously provided a better description for the three-nucleon bound states H3 and He3 then the local-potential models, is tested in pd scattering calculations at energies below the three-body breakup threshold. This potential again provides an equivalent or better description of the experimental data than the local Argonne+3N force model.
