Abstract

The isospin mirror of the Jπ=3/2+ 18F+p resonance at Ex=7.070MeV in 19Ne has been measured in 19F via the 15N(α,γ)19F reaction using the RHINOCEROS windowless gas target at the Stuttgart 4-MV Dynamitron facility. This resonance is measured to have the following properties: Ex=7.101±0.001MeV, Γtot=28±1keV, and a strength of ωγ=0.77±0.11eV (corresponding to Γγ=0.39±0.06eV).
