Abstract
The and nuclei have been produced by means of the following reactions: (p,3n), N,2n), O,p3n), Ne,3p5n). Their decay has been investigated after mass separation. From , γ, and x direct spectra and γ-γ-T, γ-x-T, and β-γ-T coincidences, a level scheme has been constructed. The observation of an intense background of statistical γ rays, emitted after strong β decay to high energy levels, resolves the problems of previously published work concerning β-ray intensities, spin determinations, and values.
