Higher-Order Corrections to Internal Conversion

Abstract

Higher-order corrections to internal conversion and γ-ray emission involving atomic electrons have been calculated. Experimental anomalies in low-energy E2 L-subshell ratios are shown to be substantially explained by these calculations.
