Abstract

Increased use of the Sr82-Rb82 positron generator in nuclear medicine has led to a redetermination of the half-lives of the isotopic components of this system. The half-life of Sr82 was measured to be 25.55±0.15 days and that of Rb82 1.273±0.002 min.

RADIOACTIVITY Sr82 and Rb82: measured T12.
