Deformed charmed hypernuclei

Abstract

Charmed Λc+ hypernuclei are investigated in the framework of the deformed Skyrme-Hartree-Fock approach. Their ground-state bulk properties, single-particle energy levels, potential energy curves, as well as the existence limit of charmed hypernuclei are studied with particular regard to the effects of deformation. Λc+1p states are found to be strongly bound, in particular in deformed nuclei.
