Abstract
We present theoretical integral and differential cross sections for transitions produced by electron collision with an excited molecule and obtained with the Schwinger multichannel method in a four-state approximation. We also present the transition rates obtained with these cross sections. The results indicate the importance of these scattering processes in modeling discharge.
