Abstract
The unique physical and chemical properties of graphene enable it to be widely used in optoelectronic devices, and the important prerequisite for its functionalization and application is the hene patterning technique. However, traditional patterned graphene preparation methods will introduce impurities and defects in the process, which will affect the performance of devices. We developed a method to directly grow patterned graphene, and then transfer it to a flexible substrate to fabricate optoelectronic devices. Flexible electroluminescent devices were fabricated and functionally tested.
