Abstract

The Livermore phaseshifts from p-p scattering in the 3P0 and 3P1 states are used to determine the appropriate equivalent local potentials. It is found to be practically impossible to fit the phaseshifts below 10 MeV with a high degree of accuracy, thus providing further evidence that these are not quite correct.
