The structure of generalized supersymmetry with mutually commuting involutions for the meromorphic supersymmetric quantum mechanics on the compact Riemann surface is introduced. For this purpose a Riemann surface is considered as a self‐conjugate complex manifold. On this basis the Witten index for the new involution is calculated.
