Die vasculären Tumoren der Orbita

Unter 536 Fällen von nicht traumatischen Neoformationen der Orbita wurden die vasculären Tumoren untersucht. Die kavernösen Hämangiome waren die häufigsten Tumoren, häufiger als die kapillaren Hämangiome und die Lymphangiome. Die Hämangiopericytome sind seltener als die erstgenannten Tumoren. Klinische und paraklinische Merkmale wurden analysiert und die verschiedenen therapeutischen Möglichkeiten diskutiert.

Summary

The author presents 536 cases of vascular tumors of the orbit. The most common orbital vascular lesions are cavernous hemangioma, capillary hemangioma, and lymphangioma. The hemangiopericytoma are less frequent than the three other types. The clinical and paraclinical characteristics of the most frequent tumors are analyzed and the various possibilities of treatment are discussed.
