Eine 36-jährige Frau hat seit Jahren einen asymptomatischen, solitären Pigmenttumor supraskapulär an der rechten Schulter (▹ [ Abb. 1 A ]). Anfänglich sei eine kleine rötliche Papel aufgetreten, die sich allmählich verbreiterte und auf der rechten Seite einen Knoten bildete. Die Patientin hat keine Komorbiditäten und in der Familie sind keine Hauterkrankungen bekannt. Die Inspektion der Schulter und die histologische Untersuchung des Tumors (▹ [ Abb. 1 B, C ]) ergeben 3 pathologische Befunde.
