Exploration of the conformational flexibility of the LeX related oligosaccharide GalNAcα(1→3)Galβ(1→4)[Fucα1→3)]Glc by 1H NMR relaxation measurements and molecular dynamics simulations

Abstract

1 H NMR relaxation data, measured at two magnetic fields, and molecular dynamics simulations indicate that a tetrasaccharide related to the LeX antigen is conformationally flexible.
