Bis(trifluoromethyl)sulphimide

Abstract

The synthesis of the stable bis(trifluoromethyl)-sulphimide, (CF3)2S[double bond, length half m-dash]NH, and its lithium salt are reported; the latter is a useful intermediate for preparation of new stable substituted sulphimides.
