Since the publication of the above article the authors have identified an oversight error in the migration assays shown in Figure 8a (siU-1 and siU-2, 0 h), in which two images were duplicated due to a mistake during transfer of a file from Photoshop to Canvas.

The authors wish to apologise for any inconvenience caused.

The amended figure is shown below.

Knockdown of UHRF1 inhibits HUVEC migration. (a) Representative images of wound-healing assays. HUVECs were transiently transfected with a nontargeting or two different UHRF1 siRNAs. At 60 h after transfection, wound-healing assays were performed as described in the Materials and methods. (b) Statistical analyses of wound-healing assays. (c) UHRF1 is efficiently knocked down by siRNAs. Whole-cell extracts were prepared from HUVECs 60 h after siRNA transfection. Immunoblotting was performed to determine UHRF1 knockdown efficiency. Wound-healing assays were performed as described in the Materials and methods. Unpaired two-tail t-tests (*P<0.01) were used for statistical analyses.
