Abstract

As a result of modular analysis, relationships between the crystal structures of sulfides and sulfo salts □O[Tm, T′n ]S1-x (x = 0, 1/4) formed by close packing of sulfur atoms have been established. Four basic types of structure corresponding to the construction module of Laves polyhedra (framework, layer, chain, discrete polyhedron) have been revealed. Formation of superspacings ka, where a is the parameter of the commensurate crystal lattices of sphalerite and sulvanite, is analyzed.
