Abstract

We present the electrical transport properties of single manganite–metal interfaces, at different temperatures. Each interface possessed an area of several square microns, and its electrical properties were isolated using a Kelvin bridge device that was fabricated from a bilayer grown entirely by pulsed laser deposition. Each bilayer comprised metals (Au, Ag and Ti) deposited in situ onto epitaxial La0.70Ca0.30MnO3 films.
