La dissémination des bactéries dans les cellules de mammifères est une étape clé du processus infectieux de L monocytogenes et S flexneri. Cette motilité intracellulaire est médiée respectivement par la protéine ActA pour L monocytogenes, et IcsA pour S flexneri, qui induisent la polymérisation de filaments d'actine, apparaissant alors sous la forme d'une comète derrière la bactérie. Nous proposons une synthèse des données disponibles sur les protéines bactériennes ActA et IcsA, et sur les protéines de la cellule hôte participant à la formation de la comète d'actine.
