Diversity of shapes and rotations in the γ-soft 130Ba nucleus: First observation of a t-band in the A = 130 mass region
2019, Physics Letters, Section B: Nuclear, Elementary Particle and High-Energy PhysicsCitation Excerpt :Both the CDFT and PRM calculations were performed without pairing. PSM [15,51] has been successfully applied for studying the structure of high-spin states, such as tilted rotation in the A≈180 mass region [52], multi-quasiparticle configurations [53,54] and multiple dipole bands [55,56]. Angular-momentum projection is performed for each K configuration and the mixing among states with different K values is calculated by diagonalizing the shell model Hamiltonian in the projected basis.
