Synthesis, spectroscopic, thermal decomposition, DFT studies and antibacterial activity of uracil cobalt(III)dimethylglyoximato complexes
2021, Journal of Molecular StructureCitation Excerpt :In the bromo and iodo complexes, it is not clearly observed, but it is probably masked by the broad band associated with ν(OH) of hydration water molecules. The asymmetric band νas(NH) appears in the same region (3560–3300 cm−1) as the broad band ν(OH) [45,47,48]. On the other hand, the symmetrical band νs(NH) appears in all complexes in the region 3214–3220 cm−1.
Syntheses, spectroscopy, electrochemistry, EPR, PXRD-structure and DFT/TD-DFT of bis[2-oxo-1-naphthaldehydato-κO,O’]copper(II)
2019, Journal of Molecular StructureSynthesis, characterization, electrochemical and biological activities of mixed ligand copper(II) complexes with dimethylglyoxime and amino acids
2018, Journal of Molecular StructureCitation Excerpt :Typical cyclic voltammogram of [Cu(H2dmg)2(Pro)] 2NO3·2H2O is shown in Fig. 5. Cyclic voltammogram of Cu(NO3)2 shows an irreversible oxidation processes at +0.26 V assigned to the oxidation of Cu+ to Cu2+ [39,44,57]. The anodic peak at 1 V is observed in all the cyclic voltammograms of the amino acids, it can be attributed to an irreversible oxidation process.
