Abstract

This paper presents a three dimensional nonlinear table model for MOSFET DC characteristics evaluation. Unlike conventional tables, the table ponts are placed in a manner that more points are placed in regions where the linear interpolation performs poorly. In regions where the interpolation performs well, less table points are used. Hence, the proposed method saves both the memory cost and table searching time.
