Abstract

A locus problem is examined by a plot produced using computer graphics. The programme allows the basic configuration of a constrained two bar linkage to be changed, so that various solutions to the locus of the free end can be obtained, and compared with that required. The work has been done in the final year of a undergraduate engineering degree course.
