Regulation of NAD(P)H:quininone oxidoreductase by glucocorticoids
2004, Toxicology and Applied PharmacologyReversible stepwise negative regulation of CYP1A1 in cultured rat epidermal cells
2003, Archives of Biochemistry and BiophysicsCitation Excerpt :This fragment corresponds to −1175 to +312 of the rat CYP1A1 gene and was ligated into the HindIII site of pGL3, upstream of the firefly luciferase gene. This reporter plasmid therefore contains the rat CYP1A1 promoter, the previously identified negative regulatory region, and four functional DREs [16,30,31]. Cells were transiently transfected with the indicated plasmid by calcium phosphate co-precipitation [32].
