2022, Journal of Cleaner ProductionRetrotransposons-based genetic regulation underlies the cellular response to two genetically diverse viral infections in tomato
2022, Physiological and Molecular Plant PathologyCitation Excerpt :Samples were considered positive for virus infection when the absorbance exceeded twice the mean of the absorbance values of the mock-inoculated controls [44]. Endogenous hydrogen peroxide (H2O2) concentration in the extracts of tomato plants following inoculation of GBNV and ToLCNDV at different stages (5, 10, 15, 20 and 25 dpi) of symptoms development was estimated [47]. Briefly, the leaf samples at different stages of symptoms development along with mock-inoculated samples were homogenized in 0.1 M phosphate buffer (pH 6.9), followed by centrifugation at 4 °C at 10,000 rpm for 10 min.

2022, Journal of Water Process EngineeringHybrid PANI@dialdehyde carboxymethyl cellulose/ZnO nanocomposite modified glassy carbon electrode as a highly sensitive electrochemical sensor
2022, Diamond and Related MaterialsCitation Excerpt :As a result, reliable evidence of H2O2 identification is becoming more important in our everyday lives. A variety of techniques for detection can be used, including spectroscopic analysis [11], chemiluminescence [12], fluorescence [13], chromatography [14], and electrochemical methods [7,15]. In the midst of these technologies, compared with other detection technologies, electrochemical technique is the most suitable for H2O2 detection because of its high sensitivity, cheap, high efficiency and easy operation [16].
