The author of the above-mentioned paper would like to make the following adjustment to her article.
In the last paragraph of the ‘Current Treatments’ section, the sentence currently reads ‘Lidocaine/tetracaine cream (Pliaglis®, Galderma Laboratories, Texas, USA) is the first Food and Drug Administration (FDA)-approved stable compounded mixture of 7 % lidocaine and 7 % tetracaine cream.’ This sentence should read ‘Lidocaine/tetracaine cream (Pliaglis®, Galderma Laboratories, Texas, USA) is the first Food and Drug Administration (FDA)-approved stable eutectic mixture of 7 % lidocaine and 7 % tetracaine cream.’
