Zusammenfassung

Eine neu aufgetretene Dermatitis kann primäres klinischen Zeichen einer chronischen autoimmunologischen oder autoinflammatorischen Erkrankung im Kindesalter sein. Allerdings sind Immundermatosen bei Kindern für eine chronische Entzündungserkrankung nur selten spezifisch. In den meisten Fällen ist daher eine umfassende klinische, laborchemische und auch bildgebende Diagnostik notwendig.
