Peilstation Intensief Melden: Meralgia paraesthetica

Samenvatting

Toezicht op de openbare ruimte en bestuurlijke handhaving van wet- en regelgeving zijn de taken van een stadstoezichthouder. Op het spreekuur presenteert zich een 41-jarige toezichthouder met sinds 4 jaar toenemende klachten aan zijn rechter heup, beginnend met een warm gevoel, alsof er iets over elkaar heen wrijft, en daarna uitstralende stekende en brandende pijnklachten en verminderd gevoel in het rechter bovenbeen. De pijn komt na 15 minuten opzetten als hij aan het werk is. Als hij niet werkt, is geen pijn aanwezig, ook niet bij lopen.
