Abstract / Das Wichtigste in Kürze
Politik, Wissenschaftsför-derung und Wirtschaftsförderung haben die Bedeutung des Themas Soziale Innovationen erkannt. Angesichts aktueller Herausforderungen wie der Digitalisierung, Arbeit 4.0 aber auch Inklusion und Integration wird die Frage immer drängender, wie Organisationen befähigt werden können, neue Lösungsansätze und innovative Dienstleistungsmodelle zu entwickeln. Dies gilt auch und gerade für Organisationen der Sozialen Arbeit. Der Beitrag zeigt unterschiedliche Ansätze der sozialen Innova-tionsförderung auf und stellt das besondere Potential der Förderung von Intrapreneurship dar.
