Lourdes R. Quisumbing (Philippines)

Ph.D. in Education. President of the UNESCO-Asia Pacific Network for International Education and Values Education (APNIEVE). Currently the Chairperson of the Board of Trustees, and Professor Emeritus, at Miriam College, Quezon City, Philippines. For nearly four years she was Secretary of Education, Culture and Sports in the Philippines Government. She has been Secretary-General of the UNESCO National Commission of the Philippines and a Member of the UNESCO Executive Board.
