Abstract
Structural imperfections (dislocations, pores, and twins) in CdWO4 single crystals are investigated by microstructural analysis and x-ray diffraction. The radial dislocation distribution in the crystals is determined. The origin of pores and ways of eliminating them from CdWO4 crystals are discussed.
