Composition of Fatty Acids in Lipids and Volatile Compounds from Primula capitellata

Lipids from seeds, leaves, and roots of Primula capitellata Boiss. (Primulaceae) were studied for the first time. The composition of volatile compounds and the fatty-acid composition of neutral lipids, glycolipids, and phospholipids from leaves were established. γ-Linolenic and stearidonic acids and oleic acid methyl ester were identified.
