New Diterpene Lactone from Leaves of Suregada multiflora

A new abiatene diterpene lactone 1, along with a flavonoid glycoside gelomuloside A (2) and two lignans syringaresinol (3) and pinoresinol (4), were isolated for the first time from the methanolic extract of leaves of Suregada multiflora. The structures of all the compounds were elucidated on the basis of extensive 1H NMR, 13C NMR, 2D NMR, and mass spectral analysis.
